Its Are You OK Day!
RUOK DAY 2026 is right around the corner and offices Australia wide will be celebrating and asking “RUOK?” Bringing awareness to mental health and specifically to our colleagues’ mental health, is everyone’s responsibility. We shouldn’t limit it to one day a year. But this one day really puts mental health in the spotlight and that matters.
RUOK Day Cookies make a great addition to your office celebration. They’re something your team can see, touch and taste, embodying the branding and messaging of RUOK Day. Sweetcheeks RUOK DAY cookies come in two main variations: Printed RUOK DAY Cookies and Stamped RUOK DAY Cookies. Sweetcheeks makes both in Melbourne, packages them individually and delivers them Australia wide.
This year the theme is RUOK Any Day, because life happens every day. Every day, we need connection. Every day, we need to know that we matter, that we contribute and that people care about us. With a melt-in-your-mouth soft texture and buttery vanilla flavour, Sweetcheeks’ logo cookies are like a warm hug. They’re perfect for RUOK Day office celebrations. And perfect with a coffee or other hot drink, while the weather is still cool!
