WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Large – Minimum of 24 cookies
Midi – Minimum of 40 cookies
HOW LONG BEFORE MY EVENT SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
You should place your order at least 4-6 weeks before you would like your cookies to arrive. However sometimes, you’ve got a last-minute event or gifting occasion to put together, and we understand that. Getting in touch and asking if we can fit you in never hurts. Please let us know the date you’d like them ready for, and we can let you know if that timeline is doable.
DO YOU SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE?
Sweetcheeks is based in Melbourne, but we’ve been shipping our Corporate Logo Cookies Australia-wide for over 15 years now. You’re in VERY safe hands. We use Australia Post to ship your cookies to you, so the address/es provided must be able to be delivered to by Australia Post.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CORPORATE LOGO COOKIES?
Corporate Logo Cookies range in price depending on the size, quantity and type. You can order straight from the online SHOP, or get in Contact with Danielle to organise your order.
CAN YOU SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Absolutely! We often ship for large companies like Tiffany & Co, Allianz, Icon Cancer Care who need to separate their order to go to different stores or branches. Please let Danielle know via the Contact form, if you’d like this so an accurate quote can be sent to you.
WHAT FLAVOURS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our ‘default’ and most popular flavour is our Vanilla Sugar Cookie. We can also create Chocolate, Lemon, or Coconut on request. Minimum orders apply for these flavours.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
This really depends on; How many Corporate Logo Cookies you’d like and what orders we have already booked. It’s best to get in touch with Danielle with your event date and quantity needed.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE COOKIES?
Sweetcheeks Cookies have a shelf life of 8 weeks from when they were baked. They are at their absolutely freshest and melt-in-your-mouth-soft up to 4 weeks, and then beyond that they are still delicious, and of course perfectly safe to eat; they’re just a more firm cookie at that point.
