Due to the nature of our products being edible and personalised, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

- No Returns: As our cookies are custom-made and perishable, we do not accept returns.
- Issues with Your Order:
- If there is a major issue with your order, please contact us immediately at info@sweetcheeks.com.au
- We must be notified of any problems within 2 days of receiving your cookies.
- Please include clear photos of the issue with your email to help us assess the situation.
- Resolution Process:
- Once we receive your email and photos, we will review your concerns and respond as quickly as possible.
- Any decision to grant a refund or offer a replacement will be at our discretion, taking into account our legal obligations. If you are asked to return the cookies, a shipping label will be provided to you at no extra cost.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued if a mistake has been made on our part and the process above has been followed.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
